help healing. More and more doctors, nurses, and also health care workers

both spontaneous and stimulated laughter have equal healing powers. So it’s

to cope.

laughter can provide cardiovascular benefit. Why? It’s because laughter always
relates with heart pulse rate. That’s true, if fifteen minutes of laughter
equals ten minutes on rowing machine and fifteen minutes on a stationary bike
in reaching the same heart pulse rate. Wow, amazing right? Indeed, laughter is
